We provide spare parts and inks, you can buy directly or through other suppliers in your local market.

3. How to install software after I received the machine ?

There is a software usage for your reference and please close antivirus software before installation. Or you can contact us directly and our engineer will help to install.

4.What should I do when I don’t really know how to setting the printer parameters?

Please contact us for technical help and do not artificial modification.We always provide on-line technology support if any issues.
