APPLICATIONS
Usage of A/B Films
The type-A film is used as base film for printing and typ-B film is used as backing film to back up the printed stickers.
The A/B transfer films are used in pair on the UV DTF printer.
Loading Type-A Film
Pay attention to the direction of the film leading edge. Peel off the protective film from the base film and pass it under the heating roller.
Loading Type-B Film
The film will also go under the heating roller and combine with the type-A film.
Binding Films
There is a sticky adhesive layer on the base film, watch out not to stick it with any parts of the printer.
Check Alignment
The base film should be laying flat on the printing platform and align with the backing film.
Print Stickers
UV lights will solidify the inks effectively. The printer can produce high-resolution and durable decals.
Apply Stickers
Release the sticker from the base film and make it go with the backing film. Stick it on a flat surfaces.
